Hello everyone! Today I'm releaing Nano11 V4 Open Beta. After about 3 months from the release of V3, I'm finally updating Nano11 with a lot of changes,
Full development reset
Just like I did with version 2, I reset the Nano11 development and started from a fresh Windows 11 build 22621.1702 ISO. This will make Nano11 more stable, reliable and future proof.
Focus on usability
A lot of people, mainly in our Discord server, reported bugs with Nano11 V1, 2 and 3. With this build I am fucussing on usability rather than disk space. The ISO size is about 200MB bigger and the totali install size is of about 11GB.
Even more wallpaper updates
With Nano11 V4 I'm continuig to change wallpapers. A few changes are the addition of a custom wallpaper for the Spotlight theme and different wallpapers for the lock screen.
Other changes
- Windows defender is disabled by default
- New installer update
- The post-setup has been updated to V1.5.
