Releasing Nano11 V3 RTM

TL; DR

- I am releasing the RTM build of Nano11 V3

- This build contains some improvements over the Open Beta build from last week.

- I am also updating the Post-Setup for Nano11.

Just last week I released the Nano11 V3 Open Beta, to give everyone the opportunity to have a closer look at the future of the OS. Today I am releasing the RTM build of Nano11 V3.

Updating the installer

In version 2, Nano11 installer got an overhaul, with a new background and logo.

In Version 3, I am updating the installer once again to be consistent with the new Nano11 branding.

Known issues

- The winget-related post-setup features might not work just after installing the OS. Restarting the system should fix the issue.

Post-Setup update

In this build I am updating the post-setup to version 0.1. Here's a quick changelog of what was added in recent releases

- More software in the "install with winget" page

- "Uninstall Edge" tweak in Software Tweaks (thanks to Vichingo455)

- Software tweaks and app installation folders are separated.

I really hope that y'all will like the Nano11 V3 RTM build and that the community will continue to grow.
